About Sharon Swords Life Coach and NLP Practitioner.

Based in Wexford town, Sharon has a Diploma in Life Coaching accredited by The Institute for Powerful Professional Solutions (IPPS) and is also accredited with IPPS and The Society of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (Trade mark) as a certified NLP Practitioner.

Previously, Sharon graduated with a Bachelor of Social Science Degree in 1999 and worked in the area of Social Care for 6 years.

Sharon realised that her future lay in Coaching because it appealed to her positive nature, and supported her ethos of Empowerment, through identifying Choice, and harnessing Change.

" My decision to become a Life Coach came from being a case study for a Life Coach student in 2003. My own personal experience of being coached was uplifting and showed me the possibilities that are within us all.

During my coaching sessions I talked, I laughed, I cried. I also adapted and changed, and was motivated to set down the path to achieving what I wanted.
It was an invaluable experience which has brought me to where I am now - a certified Life Coach and NLP practitioner. "

Sharon publishes monthly newsletters and her blog - www.vitalityireland.blogspot.com features "The Quick Coach", coaching ideas for people on the go.

Sharon works with both one to one with clients, and also facilitates group workshops both in the community and public sector.
